Session Flow
5-10 minutes. Icebreaker or check-in tied to the module skill.
10-15 minutes. Define the skill and activate learner examples.
20-40 minutes. Role-plays, simulations, team challenge, or case study.
10-15 minutes. Group discussion and individual reflection.
5 minutes. Assign a real-world skill use tied to employment goals.
Assessment
Uses understandable language, listens actively, and confirms meaning.
Shows respect, contributes fairly, and helps the group move forward.
Identifies the issue, considers options, and chooses a constructive response.
Demonstrates reliability, maturity, preparedness, and appropriate tone.
Inclusivity
Allow journals, exit tickets, silent reflection, and individual worksheets.
Use pair-sharing, role-plays, debate circles, and mock interviews.
Use body-language maps, scenario boards, icons, diagrams, and badge cards.

Have learners sort school, work, family, and service commitments into urgent, important, and later categories.
Use a scenario where a learner misses a deadline and must choose the responsible next action.
