Career-readiness outcomes
Clear interpersonal communication, active listening, feedback, teamwork, professionalism, adaptability, self-evaluation, and recruitment preparation.
You're Hired! helps middle school, high school, and early post-secondary learners practice communication, personal branding, conflict resolution, teamwork, customer service, responsibility, time management, and workplace professionalism through interactive micro-learning and facilitator-led experiences.
Program Concept
The public website markets the program, recruits learners and facilitators, explains learning pathways, and routes enrolled users into Moodle. The training portal houses SCORM modules, badges, completion tracking, reflection prompts, and facilitator evidence of practice.
Clear interpersonal communication, active listening, feedback, teamwork, professionalism, adaptability, self-evaluation, and recruitment preparation.
Badge paths, micro-challenges, pulse checks, scenario cards, short videos, swipe-style activities, progress feedback, and mobile-first navigation.
Warm-ups, guided activities, debriefs, reflective journals, peer feedback, rubrics, and application assignments linked to real employment goals.
Audience Journey
Start with a skill badge check, enroll in Moodle, complete short modules, collect evidence, and receive a completion credential.
Download activity guides, run 60-90 minute sessions, observe performance, use rubrics, and coach reflection without over-lecturing.
Track enrollments, SCORM completions, activity participation, reflections, demographic reach, and readiness outcomes.
Learning Pathway
The prototype uses a clean five-step learner flow that can be implemented with Moodle course sections, activity completion, badges, and SCORM packages.
Landing page, youth stories, and pathway preview.
Moodle login, welcome orientation, and profile setup.
Micro-lessons, role-plays, scenarios, and reflections.
Performance rubrics, peer feedback, badges, and journals.
