Program Concept
A youth-forward landing site connected to a Moodle LMS learning portal.
The public website markets the program, recruits learners and facilitators, explains learning pathways, and routes enrolled users into Moodle. The training portal houses SCORM modules, badges, completion tracking, reflection prompts, and facilitator evidence of practice.
Gen Z-friendly engagement
Badge paths, micro-challenges, pulse checks, scenario cards, short videos, swipe-style activities, progress feedback, and mobile-first navigation.
Facilitator-led practice
Warm-ups, guided activities, debriefs, reflective journals, peer feedback, rubrics, and application assignments linked to real employment goals.

Start with a skill badge check, enroll in Moodle, complete short modules, collect evidence, and receive a completion credential.
